Questions, answered
Which decks are included?
Six: the Yoga Deck, Expansion Deck, Asana Expansion Deck, Yin Yoga Deck, Mudra Deck and Chair Yoga Deck. The Restorative, Kundalini, Ayurveda and Tarot decks are sold separately.
Do I need any yoga experience?
No. The decks are made for every level. Each card is illustrated and explains how to do the pose, with cues and benefits.
Can I use the decks together?
Yes. The Asana Expansion Deck is numbered on from the Yoga Deck (83 to 153), and the Expansion Deck adds copies, pause, repeat and vinyasa cards, so the three build longer Hatha and Vinyasa flows. Yin, chair and mudra cards can join any session.
Where do the decks ship from?
From our warehouses in Dallas, Glasgow and Venlo. Shipping is free, and there are no import fees for customers in the US, the UK and the EU.
Are there ready-made sequences?
