What's the difference between Hatha, Vinyasa and Yin?
Hatha and Vinyasa are active practices, from steady holds to flowing sequences linked with the breath. Yin holds floor poses for several minutes to work on connective tissue and the meridians.
Do I need any yoga experience?
No. The decks are made for every level. Each card is illustrated and explains how to do the pose, with cues and benefits.
