In 2020, more than 4,600 people backed a simple idea: yoga you can build yourself. Today Floga is decks, an app, online trainings and a 200-hour teacher training, part of the practice of over 150,000 yogis.

In 2020 we wanted a better way to practice yoga on our own: to see a sequence before moving through it and to know why each pose was there.
We could not find that tool, so we made one. A deck of cards you lay out, rearrange and follow at your own pace.
It showed us that people want more than another class to follow. They want the knowledge and the confidence to take part in their own practice.
That idea became Floga. Every deck, lesson and feature since exists for one reason: so you understand your practice well enough to make it your own.
