I bought the first PlayPauseBe deck in 2020, when I was still teaching from pages of handwritten notes. I have collected every deck since. They have grown with me from planning my first classes to running full workshops, and I still use them every week.
The app has completely changed my home practice. Some days I follow a guided sequence, and on others I build one around the time and energy I have. It gives me direction without making the practice feel prescribed.
What I appreciate most is how the deck and app work together. I enjoy arranging the cards physically, then using the app when I want timing and guidance. It feels personal, but I never feel completely on my own.
The Kundalini deck helped me approach a practice I had always found difficult to understand. The illustrations and explanations made it feel accessible, and the related training gave me the confidence to explore it more deeply and safely.

It began with a deck. The idea was much bigger.
In 2020, we were looking for a better way to practice yoga on our own. We wanted to see a sequence before moving through it, understand the role of each pose and make confident choices without always waiting for someone else to lead the way.
We could not find the tool we needed, so we created PlayPauseBe.
We brought the first deck to Kickstarter, where it became the most funded yoga product in the platform's history. Its success showed us that people wanted more than another class to follow. They wanted the knowledge and confidence to become active participants in their own practice.
That idea became Floga.
