The evolution of yoga education has arrived.
You’ve been searching for a yoga teacher training that goes deeper. One that doesn’t just certify you. It transforms you.
Born from the creators of the world’s most loved yoga decks and the Floga app, together trusted by 100,000+ practitioners, this 200-hour certified Vinyāsa teacher training is designed for yogis who want more than surface-level education.
Through the FLOGA Method, you’ll develop the clarity, confidence and authenticity to teach, and live, yoga at its fullest expression. Visual learning tools work with your brain, the format fits your life, and your teachers are there for 1:1 sessions whenever you want them.
You’re not looking for the fastest certification or the cheapest option. You’re looking for depth, clarity and real preparation.
Most teacher trainings don’t actually prepare you to teach.
Our work has always been guided by one clear intention: to empower yogis to become more independent, aware and present in their practice. Everything we’ve built over the past six years, from educational tools to advanced YACEP trainings now used by hundreds of thousands of teachers and practitioners, comes from that commitment to depth, clarity and integrity.
And through all of it, one pattern became impossible to ignore. Graduates often leave with certificates, but without:
Embodied understanding of how and why yoga works, and how it feels in your body.
Confidence in sequencing and cueing.
The ability to adapt yoga intelligently to real bodies, including recognizing common misalignments and patterns that lead to injury.
This is yoga education built on experience, qualification and responsibility. Comprehensive without being rigid. Rooted in tradition, informed by science. Personal, integrative and deeply human. The result is not instructors who repeat what they were told, but embodied teachers who understand what they’re sharing, why it works and how to pass it on with presence and integrity.
“To support your transition from practitioner to teacher through an educational experience rooted in tradition, informed by science, and applied with intention.”
For those ready to live the practice.
Whether you intend to teach in studios or simply wish to embody yoga more fully in your life, this training offers a structured path to expand both your understanding and your perspective.
Devoted practitioners
Ready to deepen your understanding of yoga, beyond technique and routine.
Aspiring teachers
Who want to teach with clarity, responsibility and embodied self-awareness.

Yoga is best learned through visual clarity, embodied experience and intelligent integration.
An educational framework refined through years of teaching and supporting over 100,000 practitioners. Built on play and curiosity: you explore, experiment and discover, so understanding develops naturally and sticks.
Practice
Asana, pranayama, meditation and traditional kriyas are explored as a unified path, supporting presence, embodiment and long-term transformation.
Study
Through philosophy, subtle body theory, history and modern anatomy, you build the intellectual foundation to teach with accuracy, context and integrity.
Self-inquiry
Journaling, guided inquiry and an integration assignment in every module support self-awareness, intentional growth and the maturity authentic teaching needs.
Conscious embodiment
A strong emphasis on the body–mind–nervous system relationship shows how posture, breath and attention influence regulation, resilience and transformation.
Intelligent learning tools
Visual learning tools and the FLOGA app create a multisensory environment that supports memory, pattern recognition and long-term retention.
Grounded in Vinyāsa, enriched by the depth of Hatha.
You’ll learn Vinyāsa, the flowing, breath-led style that fills studios today, and the science of sequencing intelligently. Then you’ll learn where it all came from: Hatha, the classical root system that holds what most contemporary classes leave out, from the 8 limbs to the chakras, energetic anatomy and the five koshas.
You get the accessibility and momentum of a modern flow, grounded in knowledge that has survived a thousand years and sharpened by what we now know about how bodies move and how the nervous system regulates experience.
Subtle body, chakras and the 8 limbs.
Asanas are not shapes to perfect. They are entry points through which yogic principles are embodied, understood and expressed in daily life.
A dedicated space for focused, long-form learning.
Your training lives in a dedicated member area on your laptop or desktop, built for focused study and structured progression. Alongside it, you get full access to the FLOGA app for practice, sequencing and integration.
For in-depth study, reflection and structured progression.
For applied practice, sequencing and long-term retention.
Study deeply, practice intelligently and keep learning long after the training is complete.
Four modules. One integrated path.
Each module combines self-paced study, guided practice and an integration assignment, building both intellectual understanding and experiential depth.
Techniques, Training & Practice
This is where practice becomes embodiment. You’ll explore asana, pranayama and meditation not just as techniques, but as living tools for awareness. Within this module we also dive into the chakra system and energetic anatomy, learning how to integrate these subtle dimensions into modern sequencing and self-practice.
- In-depth study of classical and contemporary asanas
- Understanding of safe alignment and contraindications
- Principles of intelligent sequencing and class structure
- Traditional and modern pranayama methods
- Meditation and mindfulness techniques for different teaching contexts
Yoga Humanities
This module brings the philosophy and history of yoga to life, connecting ancient teachings with modern understanding. You’ll explore yoga’s philosophical roots, ethical foundations and the psychology behind transformation, learning to see yoga as a way of living, not just moving.
- Yoga philosophy: key texts and concepts (Yoga Sutras, Bhagavad Gita, Samkhya, Tantra)
- History and evolution of yoga traditions
- Subtle body systems: nadis, prana vayus, koshas, chakras
- Yogic ethics, values and lifestyle in a modern world
Anatomy & Physiology
Here, traditional understanding meets modern science. You’ll learn to see the human body as a dynamic and intelligent system, not as a collection of parts, but as an integrated whole.
- Functional anatomy for yoga practice and teaching
- Biomechanics, movement principles and posture analysis
- The nervous system and its role in breath, stress and balance
- Injury prevention and sustainable teaching practices
Professional Essentials
This module prepares you to step confidently into your role as a yoga teacher and community leader. You’ll refine your voice, learn how to create inclusive classes and explore the business and ethics of teaching yoga with integrity.
- Teaching methodology: cueing, theming, sequencing and observation skills
- Practice teaching and constructive feedback
- Student assessment, adjustment and class management
- The business of yoga: professionalism, marketing and continuing education
A teaching team that shares one guiding principle: yoga is a way of life.
Each teacher brings their own lineage, lived experience and perspective. Most programs give you one teacher’s viewpoint; here you learn from experts in anatomy, philosophy, energetics and lineage-based practice.
An experienced yoga teacher and lifelong bodyworker whose journey began in classical ballet. Her teaching honors the roots of the vinyāsa method, grounded in years of study of the Yoga Sutras and classical lineages. To Ann, yoga is a path back to connection, compassion for all beings and deeper alignment with one’s true nature.
Since 2016, Illona has guided students with warmth, curiosity and an unwavering commitment to personal growth, inspired by a fascination with human behavior, emotional patterns and the wisdom of the body. She brings a playful, grounded, heart-led approach where self-inquiry becomes a tool for real transformation.
A physiotherapist since 2020, Joke helps people reconnect with their bodies in a way that feels honest, intuitive and supportive. She teaches anatomy through a lens that is both scientific and embodied, connecting form with function and alignment with awareness, blending hands-on exploration with simple biomechanics.
Karoline began her journey into music with the violoncello at the age of five. Over the years the voice became central to her practice, a tool for self-connection and healing, and mantra chanting a gateway to personal and collective transformation. To her, each chant is an offering that illuminates the power of the heart.
Our first 200-hour together, but not our teachers’ first.
Our teaching team has collectively led hundreds of students through successful trainings.
I completed my yoga teacher training with Ann in 2022, and it was truly a life-changing experience. Ann is an exceptional and authentic teacher who leads with depth, integrity, and care. The meditation practices helped me work through long-standing, deeply rooted issues, and remain an important part of my life today.
I learned so much, about the history of yoga, anatomy, sequencing, meditation, individual asanas and their correct alignment, and so much more. Ann teaches with great clarity and a warm heart. She radiates positive energy and creates a space where you immediately feel comfortable and supported.
A wonderful experience that not only equipped me with new tools but also revived my enthusiasm for teaching and delving deeper into the practice. What resonated with me the most was being surrounded by women who have dedicated themselves to this beautiful and mysterious world of yoga.
