What's the difference between Yin and Restorative?
Yin holds floor poses for several minutes to work on connective tissue and the meridians, with some sensation. Restorative supports the body fully with props, so the nervous system can rest. Together they cover every kind of slow practice.
Standard or With 25h YACEP?
Both include the two decks and both academies. The YACEP version makes Restorative Academy a certified 25-hour Yoga Alliance track, with a Training Manual, assignments and personal feedback. Choose it if you are a registered teacher who needs continuing education hours.
Is it suitable for beginners?
Yes. Both styles are floor-based and adaptable with props, and every lesson shows how to set up, how long to hold and how to come out safely.
How do I access the courses?
Right after checkout. Both academies are self-paced video courses with lifetime access, on any device with a browser.
Should I also get a strong-practice bundle?
We recommend pairing a slow practice with a strong one. Hatha Vinyasa Mastery adds three Hatha and Vinyasa decks with Asana Academy Vol. 1 and Vol. 2.
