Questions, answered
Do I need any yoga experience?
No. The decks and both academies are made for every level. Each lesson shows how to enter, hold and exit a pose, with modifications to make it easier and variations to go further.
What's the difference between Asana Academy Vol. 1 and Vol. 2?
Vol. 1 teaches the 82 poses of the Yoga Deck in more than 100 lessons across 12 modules, with 4 bonus flows. Vol. 2 teaches the 71 poses of the Asana Expansion Deck, one lesson per pose across 9 modules.
How do I access the courses?
Right after checkout. Both academies are self-paced video courses with lifetime access, on any device with a browser.
When do the decks arrive?
The decks ship from our warehouses in Dallas, Glasgow and Venlo. There are no import fees for customers in the US, the UK and the EU.
Should I also get a slow-practice bundle?
We recommend pairing a strong practice with a slow one. Yin & Restorative Mastery adds the Yin and Restorative decks with their academies, for the days your body needs rest.
