User Data Deletion for Floga App

At Floga, we respect your privacy and your right to control your personal data. If you have created an account in the Floga App and would like to delete your data, you can request it at any time.

How to request deletion

Send an email to info@floga.io with the subject line: “Delete My Data – Floga App.” Please include the email address associated with your Floga account so we can locate your data.

What happens next

• We will delete your account information and personal data from our systems within 30 days of receiving your request.
  
• Backups may retain some information for up to 90 days, but this data will not be used for any purpose.
  
• Certain non-personal or aggregated data may remain for analytics and legal compliance.
